Mellow Yellow: Durian galore!

My son wearing his favorite yellow shirt with friends on a Sunday's picnic at my friends Durian farm. Look he has one for himself too.

So...here we go!

1. My favorite month is May because it's my birth month.

2. Wind beneath my feet is a fresh breeze.

3. I love to sniff lavender.

4. A bug hug from hubby and kids is what I like to have as a treat for breakfast.

5. The hobby I enjoy most is playing two of my favorite instruments: piano and violin.

6. You are beautiful... oh my!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to preparing food for a big potluck with missionary friends, tomorrow my plans include attending an Manila Symphony Orchestra Concert at Philamlife, Philippines and Sunday, I want to go to Sonia's Garden to relax and enjoy nature at it's awesomeness and come everyone with me!

Thankful Thursday

Thankful Thursday is here today.

For all the blessings that came my way,

Blag!.....meow! blag!......What's coming?

Blag!....screeccchhhh...blag!....blag!..........

"Hey! what's the emergency all about?" My kids just arrived from school and all of a sudden the house erupted into chaos, simultaneously doors began banging. I was stunned on the event that just happened in front of me. Traffic in the house yesterday noon was so unusually uneventful until my two kids came barging in the front door. One shouted back...."Mom, where is my Halloween costume last year, I need it badly"? " What, you need it now"? I said, not understanding what's going on. My son, suddenly jumped in front of me and said in a rumble....."Mommy, I need mine too, we are going to practice our parts for the Halloween drama and we have three weeks more to go to memorized our lines." "Come on, mom, hurry, help me find the Halloween costume and the rest of the Halloween props that goes with it....come on...hurry up."
Oh my, that was yesterday, but I still have to look for the other pieces of some lost props. I have to go buy some of the needed Awesome Halloween Costumes paraphernalia today. Good day to I only have to call my friend who owns just a shop for these needs. I have five minutes more, got to go now and find those props. I don't want to be in another house traffic come five o'clock this afternoon.

Business in a Card

To be a pastor’s wife always have an opportunity for me to meet new acquaintances. It is such a privilege to have new friends every time we attend conferences, seminars and special gatherings my husband and me have to be invited. Occasions like these would always remind me to bring a stack of business cards. Yes, those small pieces of paper can make many things in the ministry of my husband.

Not only that, my friend whose working in an accounting firm also have her own accounting business cards ready every time she goes on an assignment or business travel. It broadens her connections and accountability to her work and other people too!

The Prodigal Daughter has Come Back

HELLO, hi! TO ALL BLOGGIN FRIENDS!

It seems years...I got lost somewhere...what with all the class requirements I have to do...but the prodigal daughter has come back in the blogging world. I did not say goodbye to all friends 'coz I know i will be back....I miss all you of guys....from a distance I can hear you talking to me. Finally my sis-in-law was so good in reminding me to come back soon. Am resurrected now..... a new lease of enthusiasm to be here is gnawing in my soul. So here I come again.
