Yummy Sunday for Health

Today, I want to share to you a healthy recipe that would make our body glowing. Enzyme rich! Try it for fresh glowing skin.


Raw Food "Burrito" Recipe

Ingredients:

· 2 very ripe avocados

· 3 tomatoes, diced

· 1/2 jalapeno pepper, diced

· 2 tbsp yellow onion, diced

· 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

· 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

· kernels from one ear raw corn

· 2 tsp fresh lime juice

· 6-8 large lettuce leaves

Preparation:

In a medium sized bowl, mash the avocado. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of this mixture onto lettuce leaves and wrap. Enjoy!

HEALTHY CHOCO SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chocolate soy milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation:

Place delicious ingredients in blender and mix for 1 minute on high.

Pour into tall juice or beer glasses and guzzle with pleasure.
